What the site and the client area collect, why, and for how long.
What we collect
Contact form: name, company, email address, phone number, subject and message.
Client area: login identifier, the sites the account is attached to, comments left on photographs, and sign-offs applied to daily reports (author and timestamp).
Field app: entries made by site staff — daily reports, attendance, photographs, expenses — attached to the account that created them.
Why we collect it
To answer enquiries received through the form, to give each client access to the progress of its own sites, and to keep a record of the approvals and sign-offs that works supervision requires.
Legal basis
How long we keep it
Site reports and their attachments are kept for the duration of the contract and the warranty period that follows it.
Who can see it
Client accounts only reach the sites explicitly attached to them, and only published reports. GrapeConstruct staff access data according to their role.
Data and media are stored on infrastructure operated on behalf of GrapeConstruct.
Security
Access to the client area and the field app requires an identifier and a password. Password resets go through the secretariat, which calls the requester back on a registered number.
